• Elaboração de listagens, de entrada e saída, do material bibliográfico através de requisições.
• Atendimento aos técnicos e ao público.
• Fotocópias de artigos pedidos por correio e por correio electrónico.
  

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Responsible for the organization of the Library.
• Maintenance of the bibliographic database DocBase including the cataloging and digitizing of monographs.
• Preparation of input and output lists of the bibliographic material through requests.
• Internal and external public service.
• Photocopies of articles ordered by mail and by email.
