O INIAV divulga a realização da 7th International Electronic Conference on Foods (Foods 2026), uma conferência internacional online dedicada aos mais recentes avanços na área da Ciência e Tecnologia Alimentar, que decorrerá de 28 a 30 de outubro de 2026.
A conferência reunirá investigadores, estudantes de pós-graduação e profissionais do setor alimentar de diferentes países, promovendo a partilha de conhecimento científico, inovação e discussão de desafios emergentes relacionados com alimentos, nutrição, sustentabilidade e tecnologias alimentares.
A Doutora Elsa M. Gonçalves, investigadora do INIAV, integra a Event Committee desta edição da conferência.

INIAV is pleased to promote the 7th International Electronic Conference on Foods (Foods 2026), an international online conference dedicated to the latest advances in Food Science and Technology, taking place from 28 to 30 October 2026.
The conference will bring together researchers, postgraduate students, and professionals from different countries, fostering scientific exchange, innovation, and discussion of emerging challenges related to food, nutrition, sustainability, and food technologies.
Dr. Elsa M. Gonçalves, researcher at INIAV, is a member of the Event Committee for this edition of the conference.
